It's difficult for the Australian squad to set fresh records.

The highest peaks have been successfully scaled.

This is the team that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, along with six more T20 titles, and previously enjoyed over three years unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, the ones sought by the peak baggers, are what's still available for a squad that has accomplished all there is.

That it took as late as Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase over 300, regaining their record for the highest in the women's 50-over format, is, frankly, a tribute to the bowlers that have sported the yellow jersey over five decades.

It is hard for their batters to hold a record if not afforded the possibility.

These statements will be the final thing rival teams at this World Cup should hear.

In recent days a sense they will succeed regardless of circumstances has only strengthened - this triumph following win against Pakistan by 107 runs despite being 76-7 at one stage.

Next Australia play Bangladesh before an encounter with old rivals England in Indore in ten days, by which point a semi-final place may probably be guaranteed.

During that phase they left last year's T20 World Cup in an unexpected loss by South Africa - a match Healy couldn't play because of damaged tissue in her foot as she captained her nation for the initial instance at a significant event.
